    摘要:

    环状RNA(circRNA)是通过将RNA的3′末端连接到5′末端而环化,形成没有聚腺苷酸尾巴的共价闭环结构,具有广泛的分布性,在不同物种及亚细胞间均能发现。目前发现circRNA与心血管疾病、神经系统疾病、癌症等多种疾病的发生与发展密切相关,其作用机制包括充当miRNA海绵、与RNA结合蛋白相互作用、调控基因表达及编码蛋白质。本文从circRNA的生物发生和功能、circRNA在心血管疾病中的研究进展等方面进行综述。

    Abstract:

    Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are a novel class of RNA, cyclized by linking the 3′ end of the RNA to the 5′ end to form a covalently closed ring structure without a polyadenylic acid tail. CircRNAs are widely distributed, and can be found in various species and in different subcellular compartments. It has been found that circRNAs are closely related to the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases, neurological diseases, cancer and other diseases. Its mechanisms of action include acting as miRNA sponges, interacting with RNA-binding proteins, regulating gene expression, and encoding proteins. This article reviews the biogenesis and functions of circRNAs, and research progress in cardiovascular diseases.
