    摘要:

    随着心脏病学实践发展及对比剂的广泛应用,对比剂相关急性肾损伤(CI-AKI)的发生率在逐渐增高,临床早期发现、积极干预治疗可逆转疾病。尽管血清肌酐水平可作为早期诊断标准,但其影响因素较多,不能很好地反映肾损伤情况。目前研究人员已经发现了一些能够早期反映CI-AKI情况的新型生物标志物,本文综述了主要生物标志物的研究进展。相信随着研究的进一步深入,这些生物标志物将对CI-AKI的早期诊断发挥巨大作用,为临床提供有效的诊断和治疗依据。

    Abstract:

    With the development of contemporary cardiology and the extensive application of contrast media, the incidence of contrast-induced acute kidney injury (CI-AKI) is increased gradually. In clinical practice, early diagnosis and intervention may reverse the disease. Serum creatinine is utilized as the diagnostic standard, but it can be influenced by many factors, and cannot well reflect the renal injury. Researchers have found some new biomarkers which can accurately reflect kidney damage in the early stage of CI-AKI. In this article, we reviewed the progress of these main biomarkers. It can be expected that they will play important roles in the early diagnosis of the disease, and provide effective evidences for diagnosis and treatment.
