    目的 观察虚拟现实(VR)技术结合综合疗养康复对脑卒中后上肢功能障碍的患者运动功能恢复的影响。方法 将40例脑卒中后上肢功能障碍的患者随机分为2组,治疗组患者给予常规作业训练并进行VR技术结合综合疗养康复,对照组患者仅给予常规作业训练。观察两组患者治疗前后运动功能Fugl-Meyer评分、日常生活能力改良Barthel指数、患侧上肢肌力评分的变化情况。结果 与治疗前相比,两组患者在治疗10周时Fugl-Meyer 评分、改良Barthel 指数、患侧上肢肌力评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗10周时,治疗组上述指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 VR技术结合综合疗养康复可以显著改善脑卒中后上肢功能障碍患者的上肢运动功能、日常生活能力和上肢肌力,值得临床推广应用。

    Abstract:

    Objective To observe the effect of virtual reality technique in combination with comprehensive rehabilitation and recuperation therapy on the functional recovery of upper limb in the patients of upper extremity dysfunction after stroke. Methods Forty patients with upper extremity dysfunction after stroke admitted in our sanatorium from January to December 2015 were recruited in this study. They were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=20, routine rehabilitation training and virtual reality technique combined with comprehensive rehabilitation and recuperation) and the control group (n=20, only routine rehabilitation training). Their motor function (Fugl-Meyer score), activity of daily living (modified Barthel index) and muscle strength of the affected upper limb were observed before and in 10 weeks after treatment, and the results were compared between the 2 groups. Results The Fugl-Meyer score, modified Barthel index and muscle strength score were significantly higher after the treatment than before in the both groups of patients (P<0.05). In 10 weeks after treatment, the treatment group had obviously higher scores of above indices than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Virtual reality technique combined with comprehensive rehabilitation and recuperation significantly improves the motor function, activity of daily living and muscle strength of upper limb in the patients with upper extremity dysfunction after stroke. It is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
