    摘要:

    目的 探讨贝前列素钠对糖尿病大鼠炎症因子的影响及其保护作用。方法 30只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、糖尿病组,贝前列素钠组。正常对照组喂以普通饲料,其他各组大鼠均喂以高脂饲料,贝前列素钠组给予0.6mg/(kg·d),每日2次。观察8周,最终纳入实验各组6只,分别比较3组大鼠治疗前后白介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。结果 给药8周后,糖尿病组IL-6、TNF-α、MPO、hs-CRP水平均较对照组显著升高(P<0.01)。贝前列素钠组较糖尿病组IL-6、TNF-α、MPO、hs-CRP水平显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 贝前列素钠的干预可以降低糖尿病大鼠的炎症因子水平,减轻炎症损伤。

    Abstract:

    Objective To observe effect of beraprost sodium(BPS) on inflammatory factors in type 2 diabetic mellitus(T2DM) rats. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into control group, T2DM group, BPS treatment group. High-fat diet-fed was performed in DM and BPS rats to set T2DM model, and BPS of 0.6mg/(kg·d) was given to BPS rats. After 8 weeks, there were 6 rats left in each group, and the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α), myeloperoxidase(MPO) and high sensitive-C reactive protein(hs-CRP) were determined in all groups. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the levels of IL-6, TNF-α, MPO and hs-CRP were higher in T2DM rats than in control rats. In BPS rats, the levels of IL-6, TNF-α, MPO and hs-CRP were significantly lower than those in T2DM rats. Conclusion Beraprost sodium can significantly reduce the levels of inflammatory cytokines and alleviate the inflammation damage.
