    Abstract:

    Inclusion body myositis (IBM) is the most common inflammatory muscular disease in the elderly, but it has poor response to hormone or immune regulation therapy. Currently, exercise training intervention has taken an important role among the therapies of IBM. This paper summarizes the application of exercise training intervention in treatment of inclusion body myositis, and the progress of mechanism involved in the intervention.
