中文摘要:

骨质疏松症是一种以骨量降低和骨组织微结构损坏导致骨脆性增加、易发生骨折为特征的全身性骨骼疾病,治疗方法主要有药物治疗和物理治疗。药物治疗效果确切,但存在治疗周期长、依从性欠佳等问题。本文主要阐述物理疗法在骨质疏松症治疗中的应用,并探索其可行性,为寻求适合我国骨质疏松人群的物理治疗方法提供依据。

英文摘要:

Osteoporosis is a systemic bone disease characterized by decreased bone mass and damage of bone tissue microstructure, resulting in increased bone fragility and prone to fracture. Its treatment methods mainly include drug therapy and physical therapy. Drug therapy is effective, but there are some problems such as long treatment period and poor compliance. In this review, we mainly describe the application of physical therapy in osteoporosis, and explore its feasibility, seeking a suitable physical treatment for osteoporosis in China.
