| 随着人口老龄化,心血管疾病(CVD)成为全球范围内最常见的疾病,也是导致老年人死亡的主要病因。炎症和氧化应激是造成衰老相关CVD的主要原因。多酚在水果和蔬菜中含量丰富,被誉为大自然馈赠的天然抗氧化剂,具有抗炎和抗氧化的作用。本文综述了多酚的生物学特征及抗炎、抗氧化功能,以期为延缓和预防CVD发展提供新的思路和理论支持。 |

| As the population ages, cardiovascular disease (CVD) has become the most common disease in the world and the main cause of death among the elderly. Inflammation and oxidative stress are the main causes of aging-related CVD. Polyphenols, rich in fruits and vegetables, are known as natural antioxidants with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. This paper reviews the biological characteristics, and anti-inflammatory and antioxidant function of polyphenols to provide new insights and theoretical support for delaying and preventing the development of CVD. |
