Abstract:
Post-cholecystectomy diarrhea (PCD) , one of the common complications of post-cholecystectomy syndrome (PCS), not only has a high incidence but also seriously affects the daily life and work of patients. Therefore, treatment of PCD has gradually become a research hotspot. However, the pathogenesis and treatment of PCD remains unclear. This article reviews the epidemiology, pathophysiology, pathogenesis and treatment strategies of patients with PCD.
