    Abstract:

Aortic aneurysm(AA) is an important disease threatening human health. The general performance of AA is the pathological dilation of the aorta, and abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA) is the most common type. miRNA is known as the single-stranded non-coding small RNA, which is widely involved in the regulation of post-transcriptional gene expression. With the deepening of research, miRNA has been regarded as a crucial regulatory molecule in the development of AAA. Understanding the regulatory role that miRNA plays in the development of AAA contributes to the early diagnosis and targeted therapy of AAA and facilitates the prognosis estimation.
