    Abstract:

Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is a systemic autoimmune disease involving multi-organs, characterized by recurrent arterial or venous thrombotic events, spontaneous abortion, thrombocytopenia and persistent positivity of antiphospholipid antibodies. The heart is one of the important target organs of APS. In this paper, we reviewed the cardiovascular manifestations of APS, such as valve disease, myocardial infarction, intracardiac thrombus, myocardial microthrombosis and therapeutic strategy.
